The Original Respironics ComfortGel Full Face Cushion and Flap allows the user to replace the Blue Cushion and Flap without replacing the mask frame and headgear. The outer flap is the part of the cushion that actually connects to the mask. The Blue Cushion cannot be used without the outer flap.
