What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

How do I know which mask size is right for me?

We provide printable sizing guides on most product pages. If you are still unsure, our 'Mask Fit Insurance' can be purchased to allow you to exchange a mask within 30 days if it does not provide a proper seal or comfort.

What is your return policy for CPAP equipment?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Due to the medical nature of these products, once a mask or machine has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it is found to be defective under the manufacturer's warranty.

Do you accept health insurance for payment?

1800CPAP.COM is an out-of-network provider. While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

How often should I replace my CPAP supplies?

For optimal hygiene and therapy effectiveness, we recommend replacing filters every 2 weeks, masks every 3 to 6 months, and tubing every 6 months. Most manufacturers suggest replacing the CPAP machine itself every 5 years.
