At 1800CPAP.COM, we strive to ensure your sleep therapy equipment meets your needs, offering a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items. Due to the medical nature of our products, items that have been opened or have had their seals broken cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a refund.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in a shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure timely processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
