The Philips Respironics Pico soft nasal cushion fits over the tip of the nose so it requires very little facial contact. The cushion has a dual-wall design that features an inner wall that seals softly against the face and an outer wall that provides support and stability. The Pico cushion is also very easy to fit giving you a great seal without leaks. Movement is no problem with this cushion as it adapts to your different sleep positions without the hassle of adjustments throughout the night.

The Pico's soft cushion is permanently attached to the hard, clear shell. The two pieces cannot be separated. A great benefit of the Pico cushion is that any size cushion will fit on any Pico frame, so if you would like to experiment with a different size cushion , all you need to do is purchase the cushion alone, not the whole mask.
