Aclaim 2/ FlexiFit HC405 Cushion Insert

This is the Replacement foam cushion and seal for the Fisher & Paykel Aclaim 2 nasal CPAP mask and the FlexiFit 405. Soft foam cushion allows for total comfort while wearing your mask. Replacing your Foam Cushion and Seal will save you money. You can replace this portion of your mask while re-using your mask frame. The mask frame should be replaced every 6-9 months, while the cushions are every 3 months. The cushions come in two sizes, Small (900HC427) and Large (900HC428)
